Shipping policy

We team up with some pretty awesome fulfillment partners to make sure your coffee is roasted, packed, and shipped with care. Every order is prepared fresh and sent straight from them to you—no detours, no nonsense. Before you hit that order button, here’s everything you need to know.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. If things get a little spicy during launches or busy periods, it might take a touch longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait.

We don’t process or ship on weekends or holidays (our coffee team needs rest too).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on where you are:

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

Just a heads-up: delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carriers, weather, or general “life happening” stuff.

Shipping Rates

Good news: shipping is FREE no matter where you live or how much coffee you grab!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. It may take 24–48 hours for it to update—patience is part of the ritual.

Incorrect Address

Double-check your shipping info at checkout (we know, not the fun part). We can’t be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If you spot a mistake, reach out ASAP and we’ll do our best to catch it before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the carrier’s hands, it’s officially on its journey. We can’t control shipping delays or lost packages, but we’re always happy to help troubleshoot if something goes sideways.

Start with your tracking info, then reach out if you still need backup.

Returns & Issues

Coffee is a fresh, perishable thing, so all sales are final.

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll try our best to make it right
